She’s willing to say anything to attack Republicans.
According to the Daily Caller, “The View” host Sunny Hostin attacked Republicans accusing them of balking at the latest coronavirus relief bill because they didn’t want “the have-nots to survive this.”
“I thought we were talking about flattening the curve and now we’re in a place where it’s talking about finding a cure which is an entirely different thing to ask the American public than simply flattening the curve,” co-host McCain explained.
Cohost Joy Behar turned the attack on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, arguing that they should at least consider the Democrats’ bill, saying, “Three trillion is a lot of money, but that is what the Congress is supposed to negotiate so that they can come to some kind of a decision to help these people.”
Hostin agreed with Behar, asking, “How dare they say now that there is not enough money to give to the people that are struggling? That is ridiculous. It just doesn’t make any sense, and we know that African Americans are disproportionately — disproportionately affected by this virus, dying at disproportionate numbers. So the suggestion somehow that this is a culture war, that this is a class war doesn’t really make a lot of sense to me because what this is really about is the haves not wanting the have nots to survive this, and that is really, really serious.” You can read the full article here.
