Former Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld has decided to run against President Trump and “called out the commander in chief… for not making an effort to combat climate change.”
He also added that he “might support a third-party candidate or someone else” because Trump failed to “reduce the national debt.” Weld identifies as a “libertarian” in the Republican Party, he’s running against Trump, and he is supporting the climate change movement.
Doesn’t look like he’s going to get far as a Republican candidate. It doesn’t make sense that he would want to run against Trump seeing as how the incumbent usually wins.
